1~2MW Multi-stage Back-pressure turbine
It is a single case impulse back-pressure
steam turbine, The shrunk-on disc rotor has one control stage with a
two-rows of blades and two pressure stages. The front pedestal and
the gear box are connected respectively with the front and the rear
cylinder by two vertical semicircle flanges, so they can be as a whole installed on
a common base-plate. It is provided with a fully hydraulic governing
system which consists of a speed governor and a back pressure governor
for operating the unit according to the requirement of either electrical load or heat load. The safety protection
system consists of a number of necessary devices such as
emergency trip, axial position controller and magnetic oil trip, ensuring that neither of speed
and displacement of the turbine rotor exceed the limits, and the unit rums
reliably and safety. Its installed house can be single or
two-storey.
